Do you actually come out to Tooradin?
Yes — Tooradin is a short run up the South Gippsland Highway from our Cranbourne base, along with Pearcedale, Clyde, Koo Wee Rup, Warneet and Blind Bight. It is one of the quicker areas for us to reach.
Does being near Western Port really affect my roof?
It does. Salt-laden air corrodes metal roofing, gutters, fascia and fixings faster than inland air, and the open country around Tooradin gives very little wind shelter. It does not usually change what the fix is — it changes how soon you need it.
